I’ve been practicing meditation for a while now and last night I properly got in the zone. I managed to slip into full concentration mode so many times. I actually thought I’d been sat for 10 mins, turned out it was 30 mins. It’s so good for your soul I recommend it to anyone. I really struggled with it at first but now I can feel myself zoning out. 

It’s a good mechanism for anyone, but especially those going through a hard or stressful time. It enables you to block out your thoughts and just concentrate on your breathing and body.
